The audio does not match the video when I am watching a dvd movie . Does anyone have any suggestions ?

How do I bi-wire my RC-3 ? What are the difference from the top and bottom connections on the back of the RC-3 ? I have a Yamaha RX-V793 Dolby Digital Reciever and it has connections for 2 center channels .How do I connect my RC-3 for optimal performance?
