  1. Selling a pair of Vienna Acoustics Bach Grand speakers, in cherry. No original cartons, so shipping will not be an option. Condition is pretty good, one ding on the back of one cabinet, some scuffs elsewhere. Grills have no holes or snags. No original feet, I'm guessing the original owner misplaced them ages ago. Asking $450. Local is 54701, about an hour and change east from Minneapolis.
  2. UPDATE: I've moved to the Chicago area, Lombard, IL. Price drop to $1,800 plus shipping. Thanks! Time to sell some extra gear, and I'm starting with my Anthem Statement P2. No issues to report, only one small scratch on the side of the amp, as you can see in the photos. I have an original box, albeit not THE original box. I'd like to make this available locally first, but I would consider shipping at buyers expense. Local is 54701, which is about an hour and change east from Minneapolis. Asking $2000. http://www.anthemav.com/products-current/model=p2/page=specs
  3. Keep your eyes peeled for some cartons, and send them my way!
  4. The 803 have been sold. Asking prices are as follows: 804, $2,200. HTM1, $1,500. SCM1, $1,200. Or, buy the whole lot for $4,500.
  5. Thank you! I was hoping to find a pair of Nautilus 801, but they are so hard to find with cartons, and never close by. So I'm pretty sure I'm going to get some Palladium P37F once these go.
  6. Hi all, I need to sell some stuff for the typical "can't leave well enough alone" reason that affects the bulk of us. I have a B&W Nautilus 7.0 system, including a pair of 803, a pair of 804, a pair of the SCM1 surrounds, and a single HTM1 center speaker. The condition on the lot is excellent, and I am the second owner. Both homes being smoke, pet and child free. I have all of the grills (also free of defects), but I need to see what I have for spikes and jumpers. The feet on the towers are not original, and I would like to keep them for whatever I end up with next. These are located in Eau Claire, WI, 54701, which is very close to Minneapolis. Only about an hour and a half away. I have no cartons for these, so it will be local pickup only. Cartons are no longer available for purchase from B&W, and I really don't trust shipping without them. Asking prices are as follows: 803, $3,200. 804, $2,200. HTM1, $1,500. SCM1, $1,200. Or, buy the whole lot for $7,000. Thanks!

Sorry, I tried to buy the 39Fs, not sure if the center is still actually available.

    Act Quick

I just tried to buy them, and they claimed that someone cash and carried them a mere minutes before I bought them on Audiogon. Sounds more like bait and switch.
  9. I heard it was general QC stuff, but really not sure. I have had some of the first run in the P-17B, and they were beautiful, so I'm not sure what it could have been. Thanks, and I lurk, a fair bit.
  10. Unfortunately not. But that's all fixed.
  11. For sale are my Klipsch Palladium P-37F in the natural finish. I love these speakers, but I need to downsize all of my stuff, as I am moving soon. I have 5 pairs of speakers, and I need to get it down to 2 pairs. The speakers are really perfect. I could say a 10, but we all get nervous about that. They have been used for six months in a pet-free, smoke-free, and child-free home. Accordingly, I have never used the grills, so they have no embedded dust or pulls. They are still wrapped in the box. I never used the spike kit either, even though they have always been on carpet. They are also still wrapped and new. They have been shielded from sunlight, so they have no evidence of any fading. The pictures will show you just how clean they are. I am the first and only owner. This pair was assembled in the USA, unlike the first generation of these speakers. I do have all of the packaging, as new, including the bags, foam, cartons, etc, and they are barely small enough to go via UPS. They are located in Champaign, IL, which is about 2 hours south from Chicago. Asking $5,000. Combine these with the stuff for sale from rscotth, and you have a top-notch system! Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Alex
  12. There is a matching Palladium center. Or do you mean something else?
  13. That is a smoking deal. I hope it turns out!
  14. I saw those, but I don't see them listed as a product anywhere. Anyone know if they are available through Klipsch?
  15. I have heard the XL23 system, and it sounds great. The HD1000 system is surprisingly good. It's probably the only satellite system that I really like, probably because it comes with a real subwoofer.
  16. Anyone? Any opinions on either system and not really a comparison perhaps?
  17. Is there any plan to make a specific stand for the bookshelves? I don't actually have mine on a bookshelf...
  18. I have one, but I only use it for my CDP. It powers on very quickly, opens quickly, and loads quickly too. I like it all around, more than the DV48 due to the speed of the 45.
  19. So, a few months ago I got some new speaker stands for some rather small speakers that I have in my office. The tweeters are now perhaps 2 or 3 inches above ear level, which is about 12 inches higher than they were. It seemed to make huge difference to the whole setup. Of course it's pretty easy to change stands, but what happens when your floor-stander is a bit on the short side? Risers or something?
  20. Oh, I guess I meant plywood, not zebra wood.
  21. I got them in the natural finish zebra wood. I don't think there are any good pictures in the finish on the klipsch site, so I might need to see if I can post some up if I ever get them setup.
