Thank you very much. The final was two La Scala bottoms for the center channel. So three tops and four bottoms. I can't stress enough if you like things going from off camera left, to left, center, right, right off camera or anywhere inbetween.... having the same speakers left, center, right is the perfect thing to do Timbre wise in the mids and highs especially!
My second trick, (if you have split La Scala's) put a milk carton between the top and bottom cabinets. I went overboard and added the Auralex stabilizer to eliminate and chance of vibration too. Getting the tops up a little really, really, really, (-and I am serious). Really makes the La Scala's sound sooooo much better!
