  1. Yah he just came right in and was like, ok you can start now! Yes the belles are oiled oak! Beautiful! That day I sat in the room and compared all speakers with 3 different receivers. I must say the belles win hands down. They even had more bass, I mean like punch you in the chest bass! And the sound stage is so amazing! I want some khorns next! It was a good group shot!
  2. My dog Rocky, wanted to get in the pic too.
  3. Mean while back at the klipsch farm.......
  4. Yep. The guy sent some pics last night, and they look nice! Im not too sure bout the looks of the pre and m1.5t, but who knows? Im sure when I get it in person it will look better. The looks of the silver 9t is cool though! I wonder what color the lights for the meters are? Well here is some pics!
  5. OK so its good stuff! I guess that not alot of them were made is why its hard to find info on the stuff as well. OK the amp is the m1.5t, and pre is c4000. He said you gota leave the system on all the time, cause it takes forever to warm up? Sounds a lil like tubes to me. but on all the time?? I dunno. But I am gona try and get these in the next month, since I just spent alot of money on the belles!
  6. Ok so everyone wants to buy them, but no one will tell me any info as to why! I want to know what im getting. Everyone offering to buy them from me is not helping! Damn I dont even have them yet! He did say that the pre-amp has the sound field that no one else can do, like you hit this button and it wraps you in your music.
  7. Of all the klipsch speakers I own, none of them really "move". Well at least not like my JL Audio subs in my truck. Those subs have some sick excursion!
  8. How loud is loud? My yammie is 120wpc, and it seems to move pretty good while I have it turned up. Is yours moving too much?
  9. $1200 for everything. He told me the model number for the 2 channel. But I forgot it. Something like a m5? I'm waiting for his call back to clarify that. But what about the silver 9t? Is this a good amp? I've read online that it has a lot of power. Not really a lot of info on it though?
  10. the price is $1200 for everything. He forgot the numbers for the other amp and pre amp. I am waiting for his call, so I can see what they are. He said that they are in close to mint condition, and I trust him since I have his belles, and they are in awesome condition as well. I wanted to know if anyone knew more about the 9t amps, and what the sound quality is. Should I waste me time getting these or just keep on looking?
  11. The guy who sold me the belles, has some carver stuff for sale, that he wants me to buy. He has 2 silver 9t and a 2channel amp he used to drive his rears, I think he said like 250-350wpc. And he also has the matcing pre amp, which was at that time was the best out there. Anyone own or have heard about carver stuff? He will sell all 4 pieces to me for a good price.
  12. I think right now I will do just that! I will just enjoy them for now! I really want to get some mac amps in my setup, love those blues! And I love that its an american made product[Y] I want something I can use for both music and for my movies. I also would like it to have some power, in case I ever do need to turn it up past ear splitting levels!
  13. Do you have pics (not the small one in your avatar!) of this setup? I would love to see it!
  14. Weird. the upper grill would come out, without too much work. Just a few screws it seems like?
  15. Man I love them! They sound much better then my old klf-30's. Well I cant say that, the klf sound great too! I am just so impressed with the soundstage! I thought my center was on! Thats amazing! I do miss the klf-30's on some songs, but the the sound of everything else I was missing makes up for it! I saw the thread was getting a lil crazy there! Im not worried, it really didnt involve me at all. As far as the mid, the horn is made out of fiberglass! Am I seeing this right? I want to update the networks soon, I know the caps need to be replaced. I have heard about ALK, has anyone else? What does everyone power their belles/la scallas with? My yammie is good for now, but I want something a little better. Oh and how do you pull the lower grills off, or dont you? I wanted to clean them up.
  16. OK so I got them! Man they are nice! Almost in mint condition! I only paid $1200! The guy delievered them to my house, and helped me set em up! very cool guy! He got them brand new, and they have been in storage for 10yrs. He doesnt have the room for them, and was tired of paying storage fees for 10yrs on the belles. I can understand that. It was a sad moment, he didnt want to get rid of them.
  17. There is a guy on this forum selling a pair of belles in miami, about 3hrs from me. I am still waiting to hear back from him to see pics before I decide to drive that far. If it doesnt pan out I will keep looking for la scallas or belles. Im guessing either or I will be happy with! I actually think la scallas would fit in my room better, being not as wide as the belles.
  18. That makes sense, instant bass. OK so now here is my next question! Which one? La Scalla or Belle? I love the look of both. I think the open look of the Scalla are sweet.
  19. OK how about comparing the belles to the la scallas? I heard that the la scallas are really weak on the bottom end. I just cant fathom the thought of adding a sub when the mains have 15 inch woofers!
  20. I already have a pair of KLF-30's and love them! Ive just always wanted to get the heritage series, and the belles look sweet! I want the khorns, but I dont have the room or I dont think I will ever have the right room to make them sound their best. I was told that the belles are like the khorns, just without the need for corners and a big *** room!
  21. I dont have alot of space, the klf's are just about right size for the room. But for now I dont mind putting bigger speakers in, I wont be in this small house forever u know. Just as long as I will keep them forever, meaning I have to love the sound. I dont like the thought of adding a sub to love the sound of the belles. Should I just skip the belles and be happy with my KLF's? I really want the belles though. Anyone live in the orlando area with a pair of belles? I would like to hear them.
  22. So what sounds better? Spec wise the 30's really dig deep, but I hear that the belles are the best, period. So anyone heard both and have any input? What would be better for mains for home theater? Whos better for 2 channel? Thanks guys!
