  1. Thanks. If I can get offers on at least the amp I will part out, Dont want to be stuck with everything but the controller. Still debating if o want you to repair it, awaiting eBay and paypal response.
  2. Have brand new amp-paid $125, will sell for $100. controller (broken DIN plug) $25 speakers- $40 for all 5 Subwoofers in box $35 or I can sell all as one! Shipping is extra, please let me know.
  3. GL finding a control pod, they dont make anymore and e-bay occasionally has them up but they go from $60-$100.00 I bought one that lasted 5 minutes, the DIN plug broke! Thinking of renaming my speakers, YUGO!
  4. I hear ya, I just spent $125 on a new amp, sent the controller along and Klipsch mysteriously said they never received it, bought a controller off ebay and now the DIN plug broke (common issue with these POS 5.1's! NO wonder Klipsch doesnt sell them anymore, too many dang issues! I will never buy another Klipsch product EVER!
  5. So I bought a controller via e-bay and get it today, I immediately get the speakers to work and everythign sounds awesome. I have to run my wires behind my computer desk and unplug my controller, guess what the DIN connector stays plugged in and the controller wire pops out. There is like white gluish material inside the connector. It seemed this thing was repaired by a DIY person and they jerry rigged it to work. I am so pissed right now, my first and only time buying off of E-GAY! Question is, is this an easy fix, can a local electronics place fix it?
  6. Well I wired it up, just waiting on the controller tog et here and hopefully everything works. These $14 walmart speakers are crap, need some good sound!
  7. Received my new amp back, however, there are only one set of wires to plug into 2 of my subs? The one wire seems like it is soldered into my amp. Anyone have a diagram of the wiring?? I have the old wiring and it seems to plug into the (2) subs and then one wire comes out of that? Do I just splice into the wire from the amp?
  8. My amp went bad in my Pro Media 5.1 Ultra, sent the amp and control pod in to Klipsch for repair (CC charged $125). Received the new amp a week later, hey wheres my control unit??? Called Klipsch and of course they said they had no record of me sending my control pod in. Basically they gave me a free amp minus the control pod. BTW, Klipsch customer support all the way up to the general manager of parts was horrible, no customer support whats so ever! Basically they said it was my fault....hmmmmm! So now I have 25 lbs of weight in my room. Anyone know of anyone selling the control pod. I had the silver control pod. Thanks!
