  1. I had the v2 400 speakers for 3 months now. I am encountering some rattling sound from my rear speaker when using it in window 2000 professional. This occurs when the volume nob is turn to 3 o'clock (75%) or more and the window volume more than 35%. I am noticing that the mids for the rear speakers would pump back and forth more than the front speakers. I know that this level of volume is pretty loud but I figure Klipsch made these speakers to go further than 80% with out distorting. Is this software related? I have checked all of my connection and they seem find. Please Help!
  2. I am experiencing the same thing also with my 4.1. I can cook eggs on the back panel of my sub. I have the v2 400 and it doesn't act this way. I just received the 4.1 just yesterday, used it for a few hours and then the next day it transform into a frying pan. At first, sound coming from them was music to my ears, then I hear cracking noise like the material that the mids were made of wanted to rip apart. Houston we have a problem:-( I will definitely contact Amy about this.

  4. How do all you guys feel about Klipsch new web design?
  5. I have the Creative Platinum 5.1 bunch up with the v.2 400. The two together kick a$$. Sound coming from my v.2 400 are clear and loud. Midrange could be better though but for $250 the v.2 has one of the highest if not the the best quality/value ratio. Quistes, what kind of sound card do you have? Not too long ago, I used the Monster MX400 sound card with my v.2 400. At the time this combination sound pretty good. But now with the Creative Platinum 5.1, its music for the GODS. My 4.1 are coming in tomorrow and when I get the honor to hook them all up together; it will be music heaven.
  6. I already ordered the 4.1. I know I'm going to regret it when the 5.1 are coming out. I can't see myself spending more than $300 for computer speakers. I'm going to use my 4.1 as my front speakers and my v2 400 for my rear speakers. Its still going to rock. With 800 total rms watts how can you go wrong.
  7. Do anyone have the address to the Klipsch beta webpage?
  8. I'm find myself in the same situation. I have a choice to get the 4.1 for graduation but would love to lay my ears on a set of 5.1 Klipsch if they are available by June. I had bought the v2 400 at the end of Jan. 2001 without doing enough research and a terrible sting hit my head called PRIDE when the 4.1 came out just a couple months later in March.
  9. I'm a proud owner of the Klipsch v2 400 and about to invest in another pair of speakers paricularly the Klipsch 4.1. I have heard rumors of Klipsch releasing a 5.1 set by June 1st. Any details or where I can obtain this information. A website? I don't want to invest in the 4.1 this month and find out later that Klipsch will be releasing a new and maybe better product.
  10. Textf> I have a Nokia 445XPro 21inch/20inch viewable with a dot pitch of .22. I enjoyed my immensely and have gotten a lot of great response from whomever that have laid their eyes on it. Nokia a year ago have sold their monitor division to View Sonic so I don't know how the warranty policy work now so you might want to check out on it before you have it. I had mine for about 2 years now and never had a problem with it. Even had mine refresh rate up to 160hz at a resolution of 1280 x 960.
