I recently tried to buy a pair of RP-280-FA from a local company. Since they didn't have any in stock they call the Canadian distributor. They indicated that these units have been discontinued and are no longer available. Is this true? Looking to find out but would prefer to buy locally if possible. I find it had to believe if they are running a deal with the R-115SW. http://www.klipsch.com/october-free-subwoofer

I've search high and low for a place in Canada for these. Are these discontinued and is Klipsch going to be making new ones??

With that bass test , 30 to 45 seconds into the test, i get alot of air coming from the sub, is this normal with everyone else? Cause i still can get bass...but i'm starting to get alot of just air from the sub... ------------------ Enisada

I've been reading though these forums for some time now. I was going to buy a set of these, but now with all these problems with the speakers suddenly stop working, sub problems, and other various problems. Can anyone tell me if these are even worth buying anymore. It seems to me that these speakers may not be all they are cracked up to be. So much hype has been made by people and people that review them. But here in this forum there is nothen but problems posted by users of these speakers....
