Just picked up some KG 4.5's for my parents. They had my KG 3.5's so I swapped them so they would have the larger speaker. I now need a center for the KG 4.5's. How will a RC 3 sound with KG 4.5's that have upgraded diaphragms from bob crites?

I now have the Integra and after running audyssey the sound when watching blu ray movies has improved over my onkyo 607.

Thanks for the input. I'll be moving to the reference series early next year for my theater and don't want to have to buy a new receiver.

I have made some changes to my home theater and need some guidance. I recently sold my onkyo 607 to purchase a receiver with pre outs. I was shooting for a onkyo 809. I know someone selling a integra dtr 6.8 for $240. I'm thinking I could purchase this then get a nice amp and pass on the onkyo. What do you all think?

Im fairly new to audio outside of HTIB. When I purchased the 607 I knew nothing about pre outs. I wish I did.

Thanks for the response Cal. I have checked all the speaker connections. I am running a 7.1 system. During normal TV viewing or netflix on the XBOX or PS3 my KG's are loud and clear. While watching blu rays via my PS3 with any of the hd audio formats the center doesn't sound as loud and clear. I constantly find myself in the settings menu on the onkyo raising the db level. This only occurs while watching 5.1, 6.1, and ,7.1 encoded blu rays. The XBOX & PS3 are attached to the onkyo by HDMI.

I replaced my B2 & C1 in my basement HT setup with a pair of KG 5.5's and a KG 2.2 as my center. With the previous setup the onkyo would fill the speakers with wonderful sound. Now that I added the KG"s, the speakers sound as though they are not getting the power. Even after audyssey calibration and playing with the settings nothing helps. Is my onkyo the culprit? Will the Onkyo TX-NR807 sovle my problems?
