Hi, So some of you may know that I recently sold my old HT system on this forum which was the following: Emotiva UMC-1 Emotiva UPA-7 RF82ii RC62ii RS52 Infinity Entra One sub Panasonic 42'' Plasma I moved last spring and never set any of it up and the WAF was somewhere in the ballpark of about -1,000 on a scale of 1 to 10... So, I sold it all, except the sub which I'm giving to a family member, and bought a new 60'' Sharp LED and the Klipsch SB-3. I have a little bit of in-wall wiring left to do and I'll post a pic... I will say that it looks really nice (both TV and SB-3), but the sound is very OK. I've never listened to any other sound bar, honestly because I've always owned Klipsch products I didn't even consider anything else. I think for the price it is very OK... I'm hoping it grows on me as my X10 headphones did over time. I'm trying to keep in mind that I can't compare what I had to the SB-3, but rather the speakers in the TV vs the SB-3 which is really the baseline IMO. When that is compared it is really awesome... The 60'' LED is awesome, I'm really happy with how good it looks on the other hand... I'll throw pics up in a week or so when its all done... happy hunting... BC

All- Thanks so much for your interest... Everything has been sold except the Emotiva UMC-1... I didn't realize how de-valued these have become since the new UMC-200 is out... I have it listed for 200.00 now... It's the last piece to go... I am purchasing a 60'' Sharp LED TV and Klipsch SB3 sound bar later this week to replace my HT system... Thanks again... -BC

Hi, Thanks for looking... I'm selling my HT system and most likely moving to a sound bar... The reason I am selling? We moved in the spring and my HT system has been sitting in boxes since May. I don't have the time to enjoy it and my wife has never liked it anyways...I bought the RF82-IIs and the RC62-II brand new from an authorized retailer. I bought the RS-52s and the Emotiva UMC-1 from fellow forum members and I bought the Emotiva UPA-7 brand new from Emotiva. Everything is in mint condition, has original packing, and manuals. Emotiva UMC-1 has all of the firmware updates and comes with the newer remote, and all of the other accessories. Speakers are black... I'd love to sell it as a whole package, but I doubt I will be that lucky so I am certainly willing to part everything out... OK, so after what, 6 months of having these... I am going to take back my original statement that they are not that much better than the Bose earbuds, I love these headphones now and they do sound amazing... I'm not a huge headphone guy, but these are the best headphones that I have ever owned and the only pair I have heard that I like better are Grado's full size headphones which I wouldn't buy anyways...

How many service members are on this forum? I think that would be interesting to know...

Agreed umc1 and amp.... Separates are the way to go....

i got my x10s last week... upfront, very honest w/ out a doubt i can say they are NOT worth 350... They sound better than the ose ear buds, but not 3x good... they sound about $10 better... I really like them and listen to them every other day but... no way would I pay that much... just me though... I am a huge klipsch fan so its hard for me to say this... they are worth what I paid... 99...

Check out m-audio... I think they make the best sound card for the money. There is a lot of fan less stuff specifically got htpc now too... I would go with ati as well for video... I found a lot of handshaking issues with other video cards...

I owned a pair of the Mirage FRX7's awhile back, and I honestly really liked them. I like my ref series I own now much better, but they were pretty good speakers for the price... I honestly know very little about their future though, I owned the FRX7s back in 2002/2003...

I picked up the slick deal on the klipsch image x10i headphones... $95.00 with free shipping on amazon... I can't wait to get them...

I bought a pair last night... I'm pumped to get them... I'll be replacing my Bose earbuds... I know everyone here hates Bose but the earbuds do sound good... Plus I bought them before klipsch was making headphones... I'm really hoping that these sound amazing since they cost 300... At 95 bucks it was a slick deal...
