Yes of course...very good idea to loosen and re tighten the screws at terminal board to remove (or break through) any oxidation. I always assume people automatically do that. But I'm an electronic tech.

Got a meter? If so disconnect the wires at the crossover that go to the speakers..woofer, squawker and tweeter. The tweeters should read close to 8 ohms. The squawkers 16 ohms and the woofers 4 ohms. Although it sounds like you say the woofers are good. Pretty normal for the capacitor cans to get rusty as well as the outer frames of the inductors. Does not necessarily mean they are bad.

It's the EKlipsch! goes through very close to Hope and Indy. I gave up on trying to make the trip, it got too expensive from California. Thanks Joe. @nola have you checked on FB? A few years back there was a lot of talk about doing something but that was right after the 2017 eclipse and before Covid.

Got these vertically aligned as per @mikebse2a3 's suggestion. Pics to follow. Also now have speaker stands I won't use...way too much money to ship back..rather give'm away as a present.
