  1.  Chorus II would be interesting if you can find speakers in very good condition with no need for repairs

the Chorus dimensions are   roughly 4 inches higher x 2 inches wider x 2 inches deeper vs a Forte II , finally the price ,  the Chorus and the Forte seem to be selling for pretty much the same prices lately.

It has some Klipsh tags, but nothing thorough. I understand this is a Kit though.

the  Shorthorn you have is a 15 inch Utility cabinet  , the crossover has a klipsch tag dated 1956  with the model K-1000/5000 , the signature appears to be  Lloyd McClellan , PWK's 1st employee

    - the tweeter is the University 4401

    - the Midrange  metal horn is a K-1000 ,  the midrange driver is the University SAHF

    - the woofer is the cast University C15W  15 inches dual voice coil ,dual spider piston woofer  .

Since I've bought my 1972 Heresies in 2018, I rarely see vintage Klipsch speakers being sold on auction sites here in Belgium. Today, a 1963 set of Heresies in pretty good state is up for sale. Take a look here: https://www.catawiki.com/nl/l/78195201?aci=385b403d-1016-4a09-a553-5235408bfd2a&utm_campaign=Audio+Equipment-BE&utm_content=2ehandsbe&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=coop&fbclid=IwAR2VKFCdkDI6ldLtlRxLnaxLoQFsPXa-JtbCJFkAv1tYnl7V1ykcwkLG7KQ

I'm not involved in this. Just sharing...

these are not 1963 Heresy speakers , a 1963 would have different dimensions      ,plus the midrange horn  is for a  1967 and up  speaker

I am looking for guidance on which preamps / AVRs would properly drive the Topping or FOSI amps

the Topping PA5 amps have an extremely high failure rate  , these are cheap amps from China  built for the short term +  they are not repairable   ,   once the warranty expires , you're 329$  for the PA5 II PLUS  -the Fosi are even lower quality  .  I would recommend you to avoid these 2 amps

you can buy a high end Yamaha A-S 301  60wpc @8 Ohms for 350$  including an exceptional preamp or a Yamaha A-S 501 for 550 $  85 wpc @8 Ohms  , both these stereo amps will last  a lifetime of worry free operation .

Im near the Houston, TX area and to be completely honest I dont know a thing about them so im unsure if its a full set or multiple. Ill take a few more pictures in a bit because I did check them over and found it easy to remove the covers. One was missing a "Klipsch" badge but I found it taped inside so at least its there. One is kind of rough up top because they had some metal shelving on top of it but that seems to be the worst damage so far.

there are 2 pairs of Heresy 1 , low value is 500$ per pair , the taller speakers are Forte 1 or Forte II  , 800$ no problemo ,  go over to the Garage sale section , place an ad , the speakers will sell in no time  , there are lotsa forum members in Houston

    Hi All

Am from Thailand I need to help spare part circuit broad klipsch RSB-6 for subwoofer.

My circuit board is burnt. Where can i buy it?

    Circuit Broad ID:104-B10154A01V-E

reach  out to klipsch Parts dept through email , attach the pictures and ask them to give you the klipsch  part number for the RSB-6  subwoofer PCB  , once you have the correct part no , and if the part is available  , you would have to order it through klipsch Thailand

All your doing with the cabinet below the Belle is turning into a bass reflex speaker which defeats the purpose of horn loading.  Better to just add a competent sub and leave the Belle engineering alone.

how can these subs become bass reflex speakers ?  the subs are horn loaded  with their own driver  , the enclosure is sealed
