  1. I have one. Bought it new and used it with Cornwall’s for 5 or so years. Pretty enjoyable. I ended up changing it out for a marantz av receiver for better functionality in my current setup. The outlaw sounded a little better. I’ve put the outlaw up on Craigslist a couple times but only got low ballers so it’s hanging out in storage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Sent an email on the bottlehead stuff. Using an Outlaw Audio RR2150 Stereo Receiver with the Cornwalls.
  3. Pair of Klipsch Heresy II speakers with slant stands and grills. I have owned about 6 years and am the third owner. Walnut finish some scuffs and light scratches but otherwise look good. Sound great. Consecutive serial numbers. Selling because I upgraded to cornwalls over a year ago and never set up a second system to use these. $340 cash only. Will drive to meet a reasonable distance, 25425. Can send pictures. SOLD Also selling my set of bottlehead tube amps. Box these up about six months ago because youngster was grabbing the tubes. Don't have room for a second system. All purchase new and built in 2004-2005 timeframe. Have paramour 2A3 monoblock amps, foreplay preamp, and seduction phono preamp. Have 3 sets of 2A3 and miscellaneous other tubes. I would like to sell as a set. Would ship. $750. SOLD
  4. I had a pair of Sherwood speakers that I bought at the Salvation Army when I was in college for probably next to nothing. The made noise for 3 or 4 years, I think I donated them back after I graduated. They might make some other good stuff as long as the price is in the cheap neighborhood.
  5. I am going to keep my eyes on the used market in my area. What about Forte? Is that a worthwhile upgrade from Heresy? There are a bunch for sale on craigslist around me. Also I have thought about going to a dealer and hearing Cornwalls although I doubt I would buy new. Are III's similar to II's?
  6. Hello, new to forum. I have been searching and reading posts for awhile because I think I would like to upgrade from my Heresy II's I have had for 4 years now. I have an all tube setups with 2A3 SET amps. I have tried to keep my eye on the used market for some of the bigger heritage line. My system is in a 13' x 17' room along the short wall with corners available. I listen to a wide range of music; jazz, rock, & blues and not at earth shattering volumes. I have read alot of threads discussing the differences in the various models but I keep wondering is my space big enough for Cornwall, La Scala, or Klipschorn to sound at their best? Thanks.
