  1. Assuming you purchased from an authorized Klipsch dealer, our headphones all have two year warranties. The authorized Klipsch dealer you purchased them from should be able to help you out!
  2. There is a very good chance you damaged your headphones ... Although, there have been quite a few users who have had long-lasting relationships with their Image S4i headphones after dropping them in water, the toilet, the ocean, etc.

  4. Hi, yes the Image S4A headphones are compatible with other phones (not the remote as you said). In fact, I use the S4As with my Blackberry Bold 9930.

If you are experiencing this, we do recommend you contact Klipsch customer service if located in the US, or the retailer from which you purchased the product if outside the US."

  8. Hi beachside777, Sorry you are disappointed with your Image S4s. I assure you that this is not the normal experience. Couple things to ask/point out... - Did Amazon.com sell and ship your headphones themselves? As I am sure you know, Amazon draws from a bunch of dealers some of which are not authorized Klipsch dealers. - Fiddle with different ear tips for your Image S4s. People's opinion on sound quality seems to be related to the seal they are able to achieve with different ear tips. - If you believe the product is broken, please call Klipsch customer support at 800-KLIPSCH
  9. Hi Arjun, sorry to hear about your issues with the S4s. There is no specific hardware defect in regards to this specific issue. If you are in the United States, please call 1-800-KLIPSCH. If you are outside the United States, contact the distributor you purchased the device from. Make sure they are an authorized Klipsch dealer: http://www.klipsch.com/dealers
  10. Sorry to hear about your issues (but glad you love them!). Since your Image S4s are only three months old, you are (most likely) covered under warranty. Please contact Klipsch customer support at 800-KLIPSCH if you are in the United States.

  15. I personally have no Klipsch speakers in my abode. My folks had a pair in the old house (nope, don't remember the model name). I do own Klipsch Image S4s which are fantastic little earphones. New to Klipsch and the position; however, I am not entirely new to Klipsch since I am a Hoosier. Dog & cat, brunette, horn
