That is because the 901`s are "power hogs" Give them around 300 wpc then check um out.

I just ordered a re-foam kit for my 901`s today. I ordered the cloth instead of foam, $59.95 shipped fpr the kit. The kit will do 20 speakers. @Simpy speakers .com
