Once again, I am willing to throw in !00 bucks for these to be purchased by the museum, just need to know where and when to send it. Keep in mind that there are the shipping costs, too!
Shipping is free guys. We have a guy from our Facebook owners group making the drive from up there to hope and he offered to bring them for free.

Great find. Hope these end up in th museum. Everyone is working very hard it seems like to make that happen. Maybe if we could all donate what you feel you have in to them? Sounds like they got a free ride to Arkansas also according to the Facebook post about these.

Ahh ok, Thank you so much! I think I will go with the Ebony Black. Very good point on the finger prints. We have a Husky and 2 cats so, hair will probably show up more on them as well.
Also Ebony Black is significantly cheaper.
@wvu80 Nice profile picture! Did you serve too? Do you know if Klipsch also have Veteran / Military Discounts?
I'm looking to buy a brand new set up for a living around which is about 10 x 15 ft room.
Thinking about getting RP280F x2, 1x or 2x 115SW , 450C to start.
On the fence about getting RP-250S right now.
Not sure for future if I should get another x2 RP280F for rears or maybe a RP-250F? Thinking about figuring that out after getting the RP280's
And eventually some ceiling speakers
For AV Reciever, looking at a Denon AVRX4300H or Denon AVRX4400H right now.
Any forum favorites?
Lastly I noticed Klisch is already doing black friday sale? Is this the whole final sale? Are they going to have anything extra or special on blackfriday?

Sound distributors, Las Vegas. Best deals around.
Still feel this way?? Lol

Gjallerhorn but drivers are hard to find. Othorn would be great but they don’t play super low if i remember. 25 and up for most users. Couple f-20 would be cheap. Or lil wreckers.

I’ve heard a pair with the ipal b&c woofers with a 12kw speaker power amp on them. They were absolutely insane. Only time I’ve ever been at a demo where i told the guy to turn it down because i actually felt like my ears were going to rupture or something.

Dang it i wish these were closer. Good luck with your sale. I’d snag in heartbeat if you were within a few hundred miles.

So you'll take the WS-24s!?
If I needed them to complete a setup I’d use, 400 seems fair since they are rare. Paying 400 to complete something that has been sitting in the closet for 1.5 years since the day I bought them would be stupid on my part lol.

I loved the icon w’s I had. If I had some towers I’d consider your surrounds to go with them but just having wb-14/wc-24 makes me not want to try and complete a little surround setup

If you have the skills and tools to build the box and route the holes then I am in awe. I mentioned the flat packs because they are CNC cut and fit perfectly. All you need is glue and you could actually use masking tape to hold it together the cuts are so precise. It is a no-brainer for someone with my lack of woodworking skills, but you have options.
Even the guys who can cut their own boxes like the flat packs because of the ease to put them together, time saving, and the cost is really not much more than buying and cutting your own MDF.
Maybe @Scrappyduewill weigh in. I think he has two or four of those Ultimax 18's.
I have 8 SI 18’s. And the kits are nice if you have no tools, but saying the kits aren’t much more is a false statement. If you get hem half off with a ultimax bundle they are still more than double what a sheet cost. And if you buy single flatpacks and have them shipped I can literally buy 4 sheets and build 4 of them for the same price or less. However time and tools do cost up front.

Are you saying they advertise items as new and they're actually b-stock? How'd you find out?
I've never personally had issues with anything i've purchased from the guy.
You read wrong. They advertise b stock. Everywhere. It’s like they have an unlimited supply of them. You buy B stock on Ebay from them and you will receiver a stock. It’s BS that Klipsch lets them get away with it.

Be careful with B stock. Klipsch warranty on B stock is only 90 days. Not worth the discount IMO. Not to mention there is a soon to be famous Klipsch retailer on this forum that offers very competitive pricing and service to match.
We talking about cory aka metropolislakeoutfitter?

You will be making a huge mistake NOT buying the 62ii center. It is the match for those. As for bookshelves I’d personally get the 61ii’s and put extra money towards the 115 sub. Better sub all around.

Both of the companies that came to my home recommended Klipsch, and mounting only the surround speakers higher up. I don't have to have them that high, but need to decide on the correct height soon.
Here is another issue, if I move the speaker height lower, I don't have any more length in one cord. I do have 4' of the original cord left, so if I splice in the extra cord will it affect the sound quality?
No splicing won’t effect anything. Just do a good job of it and try to seal everything up tight to prevent oxidation.

They advertise lots of stuff as b-stock and sell as new. Soon as I found that out I quit purchasing from them. Can’t stand people who can’t follow the rules. Scam artist. I will give it to the guy though he used to answer emails from me at like midnight.

La scala or belle. Then pleeeeease
get a big boy sub to go with your big boy speakers.

No such thing as too big. Get the biggest center you can afford.
-
Center would be the better upgrade of those two. Anything stopping out from getting the 450c so you have all 5.25" drivers across the front?
-
yeah i agree with wvu. maybe speakers are set to large and they need to be set to small so bass is directed to sub? or maybe we have the rca hooked in to the wrong spot on the avr? lost of possibilities

Because if it were vertical, the horn and the top driver would be well above their heads. Most of the time they are laying on the beanbag so horizontal makes perfect sense in his setup. I believe he rotated the horns so that they have the correct dispersion pattern.
so why not lower it as much as possible? nothing to do with dispersion from the horn. all to do with the fact that a vertical center sounds MUCH better than a horizontal.
-
I guess I don't understand why the center is not vertical? Just doesn't make any sense to me.
-
Do it! Don't be scared. Will work just fine

I plunked down my $2 for the Powerball drawing this week. I know what one of the first things I would do would be. That Walnut finish with the lambswool grill is outstanding. Too bad my odds are 1 in 272,000, 000.................
That and those are special editions which I believe are already all sold out.
Noober Doober question R-25c to RC-62 II upgrade?

Get the 62ii while they can still be gotten new. Then grab you some 82ii where next time they go on sale. Then enjoy for years to come.
