  1. Hey there Mustang Guy....I am gonna check into the upgrade kit to see what that is all about. I also have to check into the 4.5. I am not sure what that one is. I want to get some Klipsch speakers so I can say I am a Horn Blower ! Rock on Bro.....Thanks for the advise
  2. Thanks Wuzz Man. I am going to maybe get the Heresy. I do have some subs I can use. I am interested to see what it sounds like. Have a good one.....TBC
  3. Thanks for the invite to the forum MJ ! I do have 3 subs. A KSW-10, a KSW-12, and Polk PSW 350( I think that is a 10 Inch). So I do have one, although someone is comming over to buy the KSW-10 on Friday for $125.00. I think that is a good deal. Anyway, I cant wing both of them for now, I might try the Heresy. I think he said he will go $225 now. Have to see if the cabinets are decent. I have to check into the KLF20, the CF3. I am a novice, so I have to some legwork on these. Thanks Bud [6] The Texs Bone Crusher ( TBC )
  4. I have a chance to buy some Heresy II for $250 or KG 5.5 for $475 I have not heard either of them. I listen to Rock / Metal with a 2 channel receiver. I have not heard either of them yet. Maybe it is impossible to compare the two. I am going to buy whatever the majority thinks. Thanks
  5. Thanks guys...Once more question from the Bonecrusher. I can connect my main speakers on the right and left. I think this would be called Speaker A. Should I also hook up the same to these same terminals or should I be using speaker B for just the sub ?
  6. Hoping someone can help out a novice. I traded some items and ended up with a Klipsch KSW 10 Subwoofer and a Marantz Receiver ( unsure of the model # ) I believe it has hook ups in the back for 4 different speakers total. I am just hooking this up to listen to music directly to the receiver so I can listen to CD's So I have some embarassing questions. 1) Can I even hook it up to this old receiver ? 2) Do I just hook the pos on the back to the pos on the back of the receiver and the same for the negative ? I assume maybe run 2 speakers to Channel A and then hook up the sub to channel B ? 3) If you do not use monster cable, what guage wire is the best 4) I am using it in a garage, so it is just on a concrete floor ? Any other suggestions 5) Any additional comments are welcomed. I know this might seem lame, so mean people please resond somewhere else. Many thanks to all the good comments that will help me.
