Today is the 1/2 mile - more like 3/8 mile. Nice track too. The short track had a bunch of rain the night before. They were rolling the track until 1pm. After that they ran some practice the sprayed the track with pine sap. Almost ZERO dust for the rest of the day. Track looked like it had good traction. The Short Track is the best Bike Week event to go to. It's only $15 to get in. Think full access pit pass. For the $15 you get to watch practice, 45+ heat races + semi's and finals. Great day.

I just got back from the Volusia County Short Track in Barberville Fl.

Some of the magazine subscriptions today are so cheap. 6-9 dollars a year. I get seven a month. I agree online reviews are way more accurate than any print media.
