  1. Excellent condition Adcom GFA 5800. 250wpc, 65lbs. Great amp designed by Nelson Pass. Asking $500 but I’m a motivated seller and I’m certainly willing to work with someone who may be interested. Trades/trades plus cash considered. Pics can be seen at the link below. Thank you. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/716135015563282/
  2. I am posting this equipment for my father in law. All is in good, working condition. He has all the original manuals. He is the second owner. He is asking $2k for the lot. He is willing to meet within 100 miles of Central Arkansas. Feel free to ask questions. Make offer....
  3. I guess that all depends on how bad I wanted them. If they are mint and I really wanted them I would probably go $600. Just my opinion!! Of course however, I'd be more comfortable at $500, Lol.
  4. Is it just curiosity or is there something the 7's or 83's did not do for you? Is that RW-10d the only sub you are using with that setup? Bill Hey Bill. Yea. Just 2.1 is all I run. Actually I dont really even have the sub on unless watching a moving. I like all the speakers just fine. I like to mix it up, try new things!!Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  5. Lol. I'll change my Avatar. I think Rockhound has his first! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  6. I'm moving some things around and I need to sell my RF-7's. They are in good shape. One speaker on the top has a small nick out of it, one driver has two dents about the size of a pencil lead and the grills are each missing a couple of pegs. The grills stay on with no problem, though. These have the RF-7 mod done to them, if your unfamiliar with the modification there are threads on the forum here, https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/150502-rf-7-sound-mods/. They sound very very good. I would entertain trades for other speakers, I'm in a B&W mood these days but I'll listen to all offers. Im asking $800 OBO. If your interested or want to hear them shoot me a pm, worst I can say is no but I do need to move them. I am in Central Arkansas. The RF-83's in the pic are sold. There will be more photos added when I have a few minutes to do it. Thanks for looking!
  7. I picked up the AWD Husqvarna and havent looked back. Its a fine self propelled mower. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  8. The Other One: The Long, Strange Trip Of Bob Weir is currently on Netflix. I watched it last night and I really enjoyed it. What a life and career Bob Weir has had. We dont really need a documentary to tell us that but its really neat to see and hear his side of the Grateful Dead adventure. Check it out, even if you aren't a dead fan you may be able to appreciate the historical significance.
  9. No price listed, however. http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/ele/5072518733.html No affiliation
  10. Sounds like a LaScala review! Nothing wrong with liking both blondes and red heads.... My wife may argue with that....shes a brunette!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk

  12. I contacted a guy that I have bought from in the past because I remembered seeing a pair of B&W's he had. Turned out he still had them and he was willing to sell. What he had was a pair of CDM 1NT bookshelf speakers. I googled the speaker and came up with nothing but positive reviews. I went, I listened, and after I picked my jaw up off the floor I brought them home. He also had the actual B&W stands the speakers bolt to so that was a bonus. I'll be honest, its been a LONG time since I bought speakers that could ride up front with me! These things are crystal clear and sound at least twice their size. They are a little light on bass, at least for me but I have a sub so that's a negligible complaint. The Nautilus tube tweeter really sounds amazing and the kevlar driver is just tough and sexy. The overall design I feel, is very easy on the eyes. I like the modern look. At 88db, they are not near as efficient as our beloved Klipsch, however, even at lower volume I still feel like I get the full compliment of sound and when I give them the business they hang in there, get louder, and sound better. No, I am not abandoning Klipsch, I just decided I needed to open my mind and let some different sound in, thats all.
  13. They are just the cabinets. I went to buy them and they were ROUGH. I passed on them. That pic was a little decieving. I was wrong about the crites woofer. He has no idea whats in them. He will sell cheap though Im sure if you dont mind a project. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  14. Sorry, nothing to add, just saw "porn" and had to stop by.

  16. The 15" dayton series II woofer has a spl of 91 db the Dayton PA 380 that he posted has an SPL of 96? why would you say his choice would not keep up and then suggest a woofer that is 5 db's down from his choice? Also the series II woofer is only good to 1000 hz where the PA 380 is good to 3500hz?I'm not nearly as crazy as you may think. He edited his original post. Originally he listed the link to the Dayton 15" Classic which has a lower spl than the pro model that he switched to after my post. One of the dangers of letting posts be edited. Compared to the classic, the series II is a little more sensitive and handles more power and covers the frequency range he was originally looking for. I have used both (12" not 15) and the series II has much more punch. The classic is still a great value.I did edit it after his suggestion!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  17. That is one of the best stories I have heard in a while!! Amazing.
  18. I planned on running them on my Emotiva amp which is 125wpc @ 8ohm and 200wpc @ 4ohm, that should be sufficient to drive them then.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk You won't be disappointed! I had not planned on buying the 802 Diamonds, but I was offered an unbelievable price. The 802D retail for about $15,000. They are the second pair of B&W I have owned. I was not impressed with my first pair which where the DM-10. I traded them for a pair of Bose 901. I was surprised at how good I could make the Bose sound, but I only kept them a couple of weeks before selling them. The 802D will reveal every flaw on a recording. No one would ever sell a pair of 802D at a price I could afford!Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  19. Is that a serious comment or you think it would sound bad?Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk I was being sarcastic sorry , I don't know your budget or what your after . I owned Emotiva gear before also and all different brands and speakers , I am probably one of the top ones for swapping out gear and sometimes forget that everyone needs a starting point . Again Sorry and best of luck No harm done! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
