  1. heh, i solved my own problem. i guess the screws connecting the metal heat plate and related assembly were loose, posibly from packing or using alot of bass. i unscrewed all of these, checked inside to make sure nothing was rolling around then replaced the screws making sure there was a tight connection. this worked perfectly and bassy music doesnt make it lose power.
  2. ok, my 4.1's were working fine earlier today, then suddenly the music stopped and heard a slight crackel every few seconds. after a minute i could play music again but after about another minute of playing music it will stop again. i know its not my computer or sound card because i connected the speakers to my laptop and it still does it. anyone have any suggestions?
  3. hey, my sub sounds like 3 times better and more powerfull when i am only using the two speakers. if i turn it to four speakers with win2k's audio properties then the subs power goes way down. i think it might be a software issue. i am using a sound blaster pci128 with windows 2000. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
