KLF-20's with Crites upgrades for $500 . I'd have a hard time passing that up if it was local ,even though I have no place to put them
-
Sorry , I just saw your question but glad you figured it out. Enjoy your KW-120 it's a great subwoofer

Getting Back to Klipsch Heritage, but Which Ones?
Gnote replied to Eulypion's topic in 2-Channel Home Audio
My belief is the La Scala will be the closest to a Khorn , all horn loaded like a Khorn but a lot less bass (tight and fast but doesn't go as low). The La Scala is my favorite all around speaker with a horn loaded sub. The Pro stuff sounds great if not better IMHO just less time and money spent on looks. The Split Industrial La Scala's are awesome . The other speakers you mentioned are good speakers but won't come close to sounding like a Khorn IMO. Others will chime in and good luck with your endeavor -
I think so ? but only one way to find out I've seen him in person and I don't care how much you drink , that is not him

You know what would make me feel better , maybe the sound of a certain tube amp running some MCM's

Going to have to disagree with you on the first part of this Jim . I have been a member for over 5 Years and I was not "privileged" enough to be a member of this "club" which sadly is my area of expertise . The fact that I only post when I have something to add versus every little thing will probably keep me from ever reaching 5000 posts. I certainly agree with the second part though

Your LaScala 's should be the left front or main and the right front or main

Try again Derrick I think what Derrick meant was ... He has plenty of big subs ( Many Forum members can verify that ) He is near Chicago ( Unless you moved ) He is NOT near Nashville ..... but it would be worth the trip to hear and feel his set up

Congrats and Welcome !

I think tragedy is the right word ! Just an FYI if Youthman or opusk2k9 are interested in something your selling.... you're not asking enough 2 of the greatest speaker/deal hounds ever . I have had to compete with Brandon for years and I have yet to beat him to an advertised deal

That Heritage Sub looks nice!

It's not me but I've been called worse. I must admit though that Dinkwads 2 threads have provided a great deal of amusement .

LMAO ! Maybe we can get a moderator to change his or her username to dinkwad
-
I just realized you'd have to Korner one first
-
I'll hold your beer and you can try
-
But how does the 250 slightly reputable receiver sound at all levels ? I guess you were just simplifying it for Us idiots . Let me try and explain from an idiots point of view. I could hit you with a fly swatter but a hammer would be more fun

What do you use for switching amps/speakers?
Gnote replied to jimjimbo's topic in Technical/Restorations
Not sure but it looks like here . https://hollowstate.netfirms.com/#routers https://hollowstate.netfirms.com/prices.htm -
I haven't used one but I keep eyeballing their products and they always seem to get great reviews.

Actually you are right and I thought about that after I posted The Belle is wider and not as deep, the extra width could help the Belle fit a few TV's that the LaScala can't . I love your Setup
-
This probably isn't what you're looking for ...... but the best TV stand I can think of is a LaScala
