  1. Mine is to never work a cash register. So far, so good...
  2. If mastering was this good, I would replace at least half of my collection.
  3. Are you going to make it a selfie ? A dtel and wally gator selfie, put me down for an 8X10...
  4. Those are great goals. If you own a Harley in Europe or Asia, that's very prestigious. I seen two Korean police officers on the side of the highway, watching traffic around 1987 just south of Seoul. It was so cool, I'm sure they were on top of the world. The only bikes we would see over there, were scooters...
  5. Might be time to switch to Decaf...
  6. Who would buy a Harley, not made in the U.S. ? Cars are different, they are practical, a necessity. Harley's are a choice, a lifestyle, an incredible loyal base who's loyalists would rather not ride, than to ride something else. 1. Tariffs on imported Harley's would be passed on to the consumer in foreign lands, and gladly paid by perspective buyers. 2. The tax cuts they received this year, would offset any tariffs easily. 3. "If" Harley moves overseas, ( I don't think they will ) I would assume it's been in the works for sometime. 4. Harley sales have been so good over the last 20 years, the used market is plentiful so you can get good deals on used bikes. This puts a lot of downward pressure on new bike sales. With every boom, there is going to be a correction. Just some random musings...
  7. With your avatar, I thought that was a given ? I have to admit my High School years, were a lot like when Jeff Spicoli fell out of the VW bus in a cloud of smoke in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Good times...
  8. I'm drinking an Apocalypse IPA, and lighting up a...Oh, I don't do that no more. Sorry, I got caught up in the hoopla...
  9. I didn't notice, you beat me to the punch. Good ears. Great band, been listening to them a lot. Like the first disc I listen to, when I'm jammin...
  10. If you like rock, Johnette Napolitano of the band Concrete Blonde is fabulous. Walking in London and Mexican Moon, are great albums. Bloodletting also, just the recording is not quite as good...
  11. @dtel This offer still good ? Would love to listen, thanks...
  12. 19 yo, 1985 A fellow Army soldier invited some of us to his room, to listen to a Twisted Sister Laserdisc . I didn't understand how that great sound, came out of a tiny little speaker. Heresy. Later that year in a nightclub, I heard Khorns. I was blown away. I looked at the name and remembered them, and said someday. 1996, got the home theater bug, 4 KLF 10's, center, sub. 2010, Chorus 2. 2011 LaScala. 2017 Jubilee's... Bingo Bango. I will have a pair of Heresy, Cornwall, and maybe Khorns before I'm finished...
  13. Maybe get her to drink as much as possible, like Gatorade or something she will want to drink a lot of. I'd definitely read the warnings on the poison you used. Good luck with the Wuffer !
  14. A couple small points. James and Jordan, play different positions and have slightly different skill sets. Jordan certainly was a better shooter. I will never argue that Jordan wasn't the greatest. That doesn't mean James is terrible, what he has done with the Cavs with mediocre talent, is amazing. If we were picking an all NBA team and I had second choice (assuming Jordan was first ) I'd take James. I could always select Kobe Bryant as my 2 guard...
  15. My two favorite bands. album for album, listening at the same volume Zeppelin is heavier. Sabbath is certainly great, and darker. Both of their debut albums, are my faves...
  16. Scotty, To the Rolling Stones 100th anniversary concert. Warp speed ahead !
  17. I started off with the Crown D75A. Then I switched to a Yamaha MX 2 amp. Wanted the extra power for the one connected to the LF bass horn. I have to say, both sound excellent.
  18. @dtel I'm reminding you of the magic disc. I ordered a Pilgrimage T-shirt, maybe you can put it in there. Thanks !
  19. Dick Ostling. Not sure how long he was Mayor, or the dates...
  20. Easy for me. Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. It's a wet hop IPA, they make one batch of it because the hops have to be wet and just harvested. Hits the shelves in November, and is gone when it's all sold. Usually by February...
  21. Ok, how do you do that ? My uncle used to be the Mayor, of Murrieta...
  22. dtel, I'm reminding you of the magic disc. I ordered a Pilgrimage T-shirt, maybe you can put it in there. Thanks...
