I would only start hearing sounds at about -30 but until i got there it was like on mute. My sub is on -3.5. I called denon and they talked me through it. They are the ones that told me to go up 5 on each speaker. My system sounds great now!!!! I also just upgraded my center channel from a 52II to a 62II and it sounds wonderful.

Audyssey had all my speakers set around -9 to -7. I went up 5 on each speaker but left sub alone and that made a huge difference in loudness. Guess I learned something already but still have alot to go. Thanks guys for helping.

I finally got a new denon 4311 to power my klipsch 82 II 5.1 speaker setup. I hooked everything up and ran audyssey, but speakers dont play very loud at all. They do play very clear though, but i was expecting them to play way louder with this receiver. They played alot louder with my old $400 receiver. May need to tweek it a little, but dont know how. if anyone might know what to do i would appreciate any help? I'll be honest I am new to home theater and don't know what to do at all.

I finally got with the place that i bought them from and they swapped out the speakers with no questions asked. Now i need a new revevier because the sony that i have is not enough to push my speakers.

The jumpers are still connected one tweeter was working for sure,but none work now.I bought the speakers brand new in the box. Trying to get with the place that i bought them from to see what they will do.I think that one tweeter may have never worked.

At first I thought that tweeters was only not working in 2 channel mode but now that I tried to figure them out i realize that they don't work at all. That makes me very unhappy because the speakers are not even 1 month old. now I don't know what to do brand new speakers that don't work.[8o|] Not to mention I barely even listened to them because i been working so much. Plus they really never sounded very good from the beginning.

Yes I mean tweeters they were working and shut off while playing.they are working fine in suround modes.Like I said they were working and went off while they were playing with not pressing any buttons on receiver. One minute fine the next second not working.cant figure it out good reason to get a new receiver though.

When I only play fronts the highs on speakers are not coming on but when on surround mode they play fine . Must be something wrong with recevier I hope

Has anyone listened to the difference between the two? If so what one did you like better.The 4311 has a very good price, but before i pull the trigger just seeing if anyone knows about the new 3313. Will be ordering one soon just looking for a little advice.

The more that I research the more confused I get . Wish they had more places to listen to the receivers here still don't knowwhatone to get but now I am also looking at the onkyo 3009

RF-82 ll RC-62 ll RS-42-ll SW-100 Now i need a receiver to make these speakers sound great. My room is about 20x20. Looking to spend no more than $1200. Please help.

The bass has a sort of distorted & popping sound not clear at all. Yes I did use sony calibration mic to set up system. Yes i can here dialouge from center channel. Watching movies in surround mode sounds decent but when listening to music with fronts and sub playing the fronts start sounding distorted. I have a small apple box that has better sound than my towers and that has me puzzled.
