Here's a better picture of the labels. The dimensions are about 1/2 inch less all around than the subwoofer you found. Could this be a design model that somehow made it out of the plant? I've been looking for a while and have never seen one like it.

I picked up an older Klipsch subwoofer with no model number on it. It does have a part number, PN 118291, on a sticker though. Could someone tell me if there's a way to cross reference the part number for an actual model number?
