  1. I'm always on the lookout for Klipsch.Today I was in a small record store in Danville Illinois, and while looking thru the LPs the owner had some good ole blues playing and I found myself thinking wow this system sounds nice. It was a pair of original heresy hanging from the ceiling. Owner said he bought them new back in the day.
  2. Hi Neil, maybe I over looked it in the first thread . Does the peel remove mold? If not do you recommend any products that would remove and prevent it from reocuring. Stacy
  3. It depends how many birds are visiting the feeders as to how long they will last. In the height of summer we can go thru 4 quarts a day.Mom is disabled now so I feed them for her she had been doing it for 10 or more years. She says its important to keep the feeders clean (no chemical cleaners hot water) and fresh food.May have to change the liquid every three days or so.Once the first batch of young start hitting the feeders they keep the feeders low enough I fill them every eve. Then put fresh feeders out every three days or so. As long as there is clean food available they will come to them all summer. If I can figure how to post videos this evening I'll try to add them. Just after sun up or before sundown looks like a hive of bees.
  4. Sounds like a good time last weekend and a nice score.I am also blessed with some great friends one being my brother, who took a two hour drive (one way) with me Saturday to pick up a Marantz 6300 turn table and 20 LPs in mint condition for cheap.BTW the emotiva is working great thanks Jim.

  11. Alex. Im sorry to hear about the passing of your father, I didn't know him personally. But like most here I enjoyed reading his posts. I always came away with the notion he was a genuinely honest and caring person. Stay strong and close to your mom as im sure she will need you more than ever. Thoughts and prayers Stacy
  12. Thanks Arash for taking time to reply. But I still wonder if there would be any benefit to using two different tubes, maybe get a blend of the best characteristic of each tube. Sorry for typo in original post, posting from phone.
  13. What i am wondering is, if the signal that is being amplified is a wave and the top of it is pushed by one tube. Then the bottom half is pulled by the second tube. Are certain frequencies in the top half (ie. higher frequencies). Then the bottom half the lower frequencies. My thinking then ,if that be the case . Could one use maybe a telefunkin for the push and somthing like a mullard for the pull tube. Please feel free to educate me if I am seeing this wrong or if you hage tried this and what kind of results you experienced.
  14. Thanks for the link mustang guy I will check it out.
