  1. 7.2.4 is the way to go. Wire for it, or more, up front so you don't have to retro fit later. I bought an Anthem 1120 that runs my system and has the Dolby atmos you're looking for. I went with in wall/ceiling speakers because my room is about 12 wide by 19 deep and wanted max space for screen and seating without sitting on a speaker. Check out the threads here and you'll see all sorts of options.

    Excel question

Mind you I'm just responding on my iPad. If I were at my computer I'd be happy to throw this together for you.

    Excel question

If you make your functions include cells that aren't yet filled out you should still be ok. In other words you have data in A15 but will be compiling thru a45 you should still show min max.

    Excel question

If you're working in a single column, use the min max function in excel. Column A has your data. Go to B1 and hit "=min(a1:ax) where x equals your last datapoint. do the same for max. You should see what you're looking for.
  5. Bill there are several members here selling Cornwall I speakers. I've heard 2s before and they were awesome. Craigslist can be yer friend. Go to the garage sale section and take a peek. Good luck on your search! ryan
  6. I have a pair in Phoenix AZ too. Good time of year for a road trip to any of these locations.
  7. I think the extended with passive radiators are meant to be close to a wall or corner. I've owned KG4s since 1990 and I distinctly remember the audio guy telling me that the bass was extended by getting them into a corner/wall. I have them in my garage now and pushed up against the wall and they bring it. Could be the 40 foot depth with 10 foot ceilings or the adcom amp driving them but I'll stick with proximity to the wall so the passive can do its thing. My 2cents

    What I Got Today!

Take a look to the far right... 1990 khorns in walnut with cane. Unbelievable shape!
  12. Guys and gals selling my 1980 Cornwalls. I refurbed them and posted to this forum my work. Originally birch but beat up enough requiring some love. I added walnut veneer and Bob Crites B crossovers. attaching a couple pics. Located in Phoenix Arizona. SOLD
  13. Pictures (many) and your location may help with a sale.
  14. I am not an audiophile. Know that up front. I do however, run human clinical trials on medical devices and for a short while, pharmaceutical drugs. The power of one's mind (I.e. The placebo effect) is real. You got the Yen you fix what is wrong with your system and it suddenly music sounds like angels singing. Good for him. No sarcasm intended.
  15. Wow. Puts my 6 seater to shame! seriously though, that must be one heck of a set up to have at your fingertips. The screen size is awesome.
  16. They look good to me. Oak veneer. My cornwalls from 1980 have 6 digits in the serial number and not 7.
  17. Well I got a typical email about not having to sell, retail price would be x, etc. I think his asking price will be too high for me but we shall see.
  18. I am close to these and in the market. Serial number shows R and the seller is telling me this is cherry. I'm not a fan of the best offer in the listing as I'm sure he values these higher than I do... But I will call.
  19. I bought a Pro-Ject Carbon D in red and I like it. It came with an Ortofon red cart. Super easy set up and a quality table for not a ton of cash.
  20. Those look nice good luck with the sale.
  21. You can do a search on " Cornwall grille question - Cornwall Refurb Final Pics Project Complete" If you want to see my build. It was a fun project.
