  1. The HD Wireless doesn't have a menu for setting the crossover and speaker sizes. Those details are stored in the speaker and are retrieved by the hub when you pair the speakers. Our acoustic engineers set those parameters when we designed the system. What it sounds like is the subwoofer is assigned as something other than a sub or isn't paired. If there isn't a speaker assigned as a subwoofer then your RP-140WM will have bass routed to it. The hub sets up the decoders based on the speakers it sees in the system. You can confirm the small/large and crossover frequency by looking at the speaker status menu. Press 'menu', then select 'status', then "speaker status". You can scroll left and right to see each speaker's settings. Check which channel your RP-110WSW is assigned to. If its something other than "subwoofer", you'll need to reassign it. Let us know what you find. If you find you need to change the channel assignment for the RP-110WSW, you can do that in the 'advanced', 'advanced speaker actions', 'move speakers' menu.
  2. Post again if that doesn't work. On some of these, the mic ground was a red/green wrapped around the white. Not sure if you've had experience soldering enameled wires before but here are a couple of hints: - You don't need to strip the wires. A soldering iron can usually burn the insuation off. - pre-tinning the wires is key. Put the iron on the end of the wire and then add solder. The flux in the solder helps remove the enamel. - if you don't get it tinned on the first shot, you may need to cut some of the wire off and try again. The fibers woven in with the copper sometimes melt over the wire which prevents you from soldering to it.
  3. The white wire with the clear wrapped around it is the mic signal. The copper is wrapped around it to prevent interference. Blue is the left and the dark one should be red, which is the right. The clear coated single wires are grounds. The order of the jack from tip to strain relief is LEFT - RIGHT - GROUND - MIC. hope that helps... -Matt
  4. My wife is telling me to clean the basement so might as well start with the painful stuff. First up, the nicest Crown setup I know of. A rare Straight Line Two preamp, an FM Three tuner, and a Power Line Four. All of these are super clean - no scratches on the faceplates and no knobs missing. I even have the box and packing for the amp. I know this is a first post but if you're serious about buying, you're welcome to check them out if you're in the Indy area. If there are specific things you want pictures of or measured, let me know. I had some basic tests run and they all look spot on. The amp still makes 200w, 1 channel driven into 8 ohms at 1% THD. I really hate to see these three broken up. If you want all 3, $1000. The preamp alone is $600. The tuner alone $100, and the amp $400. Postal money orders only. No international shipping. I strongly recommend a local pickup. These are heavy! Thanks! Matt crown PL-4, SL-2, FM-3.zip
