I ordered some cable and a connector off ebay. I'll post back once I have it all fixed.

Okay, I figured out how to goni access inside the earbud and I can replace the cable and fix the earbud. However, I do not know what cable I should use. Do you have any suggestions for good cable?

Hello. I have a pair of gen 1 s4 earbuds. Being an idiot I accidentally left them in my pocket when they went through the washing machine. The drivers still work fine however the cable is a mess. I would be able to replace the cable but I do not know how to separate the small casing on the earbud. If anybody has advice on how to do this I would love to hear it. These are my favorite and most comfortable earbuds. Thanks
