I am worried that it is affecting bass response in the right channel ...

Ray - great answer - you are putting BobG and PhilH out of work! I try to buy some things from the local guys so that they can stay in business and let me listen to all their equipment w/o buying anything. The other day I guy was in there looking at a Bose system - could not believe the size of the speakers - I said only one thing about them - that my friends love them - they don't see why I need the big old horns - that clinched the sale and he dropped $3K on the deal, just like that! mail order is not for everybody, neither are big old horns ...

time to play "stereo" borrow the Mac, watch the power meters, listen to a wide variety of music, tubes will not wear out your ears like SS will

I would look through the ads for somebody who want to dump their big old horns - better yet, find a pair that needs work - worse comes to worse, if you like the KLF20s, you will like the 30s even more - quite a step up in sound stage and presentation, if you have the room - also wait for the dead of winter - anybody selling them then will be glad to have you show up with a truck! ------------------

Rolling Stone mag apparently has a new issue out with the best songs of all time - but what is your choice for the worst song of time? I'll lead off.. my vote goes to Cat Scratch Fever by Ted Nugent - definitely not music! Of course, Pieces of You by Jewel on the CD of the same name has got to be one of the rudest, most obnoxious songs I have ever heard .. "you say he's a ******, do you want to bash in his brains?"
