I really love your headphones I have Image Ones, Status, S4i. My biggest gripe is the headphone plug. Please make a 90 degree plug. I use my iphone to listen to my music and I keep my phone in my pocket. It sometimes puts pressure on the plug. Since the cord witht he Status can be exchanged I had to use a Beats cord since it has a 90 degree plug.

this just happened to me today. I have to call customer service tomorrow. I just had them for 2 years

I just got my KG-300 today from Amazon and also picked up 2 sets of AAA eneloops. Always have fresh set when the ones in the headphones die.
