He's already running them on some tubes...not sure which ones though.
-
Mutual friend of mine in Phoenix bought these last week.
-
Agreed, looks like BR to me. Also looks like a (well done) veneer/refinish as well.
-
see, that's exactly what I was thinking
-
And then on to someone in WI, and eventually on to me

I'm pretty glad these aren't closer. I've been thinking about selling my Chorus and trying out a pair of Cornscalas.

Looks pretty decent, especially for the price: https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/wsh/ele/d/klipsch-kg4s/6746195066.html

Bump...am I asking too much? Would like to sell this soon to help fund my HT build -
Looks like a parallel port to me

Wow, had to look up Fosston...that's pretty far up there. is it finally deer season? I've been hearing gunshots every weekend morning for nearly 2 months now but I know it wasn't deer season yet, so I was a little confused as to what they were hunting in my area.

Aren't you out west near me? I thought the seller was in Ramsey.
-
I'd be interested in the integrated amp. They look like heavy little beasts though, so I imagine shipping could be costly. Do you have the original box by any chance?

Glad to hear that...what headphones and sources are you using? I'm tempted to unwrap it and listen for a week or two, even though that probably would diminish the value. It really is...I'd love to try it out but I just don't use my headphones that much anymore. -
Indeed, great phone. I used mine for 2 years, then dropped it once and the SIM cards no longer read. My kids use it now for wifi calling, gave them a phone number on Skype and it still works well otherwise. Moved on to a Pixel XL about a year ago and it's even better than the 6P. Running on Google Fi for the last 2.5 years, no complaints there.

Unfortunately the only money I earned was by not buying these, since I don't get paid for OT or oncall work
-
Sent you a PM....no worries on my end, it sounds like my timing just wasn't right since I had to work this weekend. Lyle, thank you for offering to pick them up for me! I will just put the $ into the home theater buildout.

I have for sale a brand new Klipsch Heritage headphone amplifier. I received this as a gift but since I rarely use my headphones anymore I don't have much use for it. I was really into headphones and amps a few years ago, but I work at home now and generally use the system in my basement so I'd like to sell it to help fund my home theater buildout. I opened the box to make sure everything was in there, but I did not open up the foam wrapper as it's still taped shut from the factory. I took a few pics of it in the box, but if needed I can open it up for more pics. Review sites have some nice photos of it in action as well. Retail on them is $499, I am asking for $400 shipped CONUS. Details from the Klipsch website: Encased in formed aluminum with genuine walnut veneer, the Heritage Headphone Amplifier exudes quality before plugging in your headphones. All switches, knobs, and controls are weighted and anodized aluminum for great feel and tactile response. All analog switches operate through relays for the cleanest signal while maintaining a vintage feel. Features: Audiophile digital to analog converter Asynchronous USB interface Dual amplifiers for balanced output Versatile inputs and outputs Low distortion Sample rate notification https://www.klipsch.com/products/heritage-headphone-amplifier

I guess I missed out. Didn't think you were willing to sell them to someone out of town.
-
Thanks Lyle, I appreciate the kind words. Sorry I dropped out of the conversation over the last day, being on call for work can be a bear . I'll reply to your PM's here shortly.

Hey, thanks for responding to my texts. I understand why you'd be hesitant to ship these given past issues with damage. I have a friend in Des Moines who does come up here occasionally, but that still doesn't solve the issue since he's not terribly close to you. I've been keen to try these out for years now so if there's any way we can work something out I'd be interested.

I assume this ended up selling?
-
Dang, I missed out. My wife wants an inexpensive TT for her office.
-
Is there still a chance that some grilles can be made? I'd love a set for my H1's, and I already have fabric in mind for them
-
I'm down in St. Michael, not too far away but since I have no real interest in them myself I don't want to waste the sellers time. Would be fun to listen though!
