  1. The Ultra is a top performer with a Beast of a driver.
  2. I have owned the RSW-15 and P-312W both of which are Excellent subwoofers. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and review.
  3. Hi The box took some abuse but the subwoofer is 100%.Klipsch did an excellent job with the packing of the P-312W.
  4. These are Stellar speakers! I can confirm what his opinions are regarding the P-312W subwoofer. I also own an Espresso P-312W as well as a Klipsch RSW-10D,RSW-15 and SVS PB13-ULTRA along with a few others and have the same findings in my room. It is one of the best balanced subwoofers on the market. $1900 is a Great deal!
  5. Hi It looks like there are some scratches on the cabinet. What is the overall cosmetic condition? Thank you
  6. That is a killer looking system scrappy! I can't wait to hear more of your thoughts on each speaker and the system as a whole. I also have a friend who owns a Legacy system including the Silverscreen HD and it is probably the best I have heard. His Legacy Audio Xtreme is an amazing sub. I am looking forward to hear your thoughts on the P-312W.
  7. Hi Scrappy, Let me know what you think of your P-312W. I am still waiting for my deal to get resolved.
  8. I ended up buying the P-312W in Espresso. It was supposed to have been a sealed box unit but was clearly a demo etc. There were a few nicks etc, was missing the full accessories kit and needs to go in for service for the the top mounted control panel.Needless to say I was really disappointed but hopefully it will all work out.The finish is Excellent and I was amazed how well it performs for a 12".It is boxed up and waiting to go to Klipsch for service.I will let you know when it comes back and I can fully test it.I do have a few quick REW graphs that I can post compared to my PB-13ULTRA and RSW-15. I am hoping my friends Seaton F2 comes in soon to see what a beast it is.
  9. I recently purchased the Palladium P-312W due to my audio compulsion.Given it's dimensions driver size and amplifier power it is a Stellar performer imo.It actually sounded very similar to the paradigm SUB15 that it was A/B against. It does produce more output down low over my RSW-15 per REW.I will post a review when I have done more extensive testing.I am considering buying buying an RT-12D and seeing if it has a similar tone and output.
  10. Hi Do you have any other parts for the RSW-10D?
  11. I have owned dual RSW-12's and dual RSW-15's and have compared them in various configurations. Nearly all rooms will have different bass results.A pair of dula RSW-12's for $800 is a fantastic deal if they are in good condition and I would buy them myself if he would ship them.Dual RSW-12's would be Excellent for music and still very good for HT.I like most would take the dual RSW-12's over a single RSW-15 to help out with room nulls etc.The dual 12's will play fairly loud in room and provide reasonable output.
  12. I owned 2 Epik Empires and was underwhelmed. It is to bad Chad closed the doors. They do provide decent output for the $ but at that price point the HSU VTF-15H that I owned was better.
  13. I would like to hear your personal experience with your PB12/PLUS2.Does it have the 12.1,12.2 or 12.3 drivers? I have been on the lookout for one or a PB12/Ultra2. I own a PB13ULTRA and an RSW-15. I have heard a PSA XV15 In the exact location and level as my PB13ULTRA and HSU VTF-15H.In my opinion they are all great subs at their given price point.
  14. Thank you for confirming that DaveWjr. I think I may give the P-312W a listen for curiosity sake as I am addicted to buying and testing as much audio gear as possible as long as I do not lose that much when I go to sell it.I have a good friend who owns a Legacy Audio Xtreme XD and Paradigm SUB15 that may pull the trigger on a Seaton and JTR. His Legacy is a beast and an Excellent performer. I will eventually end up giving a Seaton F2 a shot knowing that it will probably become my benchmark. The Funk does look sweet and has the build quality and power to back it up.
  15. That does seem to be the general thought regarding the Seaton.
  16. In my room the Klipsch RSW-15 has a punchier more lively sound with music. For HT the ULTRA has a more beastly weighty bottom end but can almost be a little heavy handed at times. I run a flat 75db on my subs for testing and listening. I had owned my first RSW-15 but sold it before I was using REW and got into involved testing. I later realized how it was actually better then I had given it credit for. I had read more than a few negative digs regarding the RSW-15's sub 30hz performance on various forums that just turned out to be not accurate in my room.I have come to think that more than a few people that leave negative comments have had no real world testing to back up their claims.I test all of the subs I buy in the exact same spot level matched and run REW to confirm what I think I hear.I had owned a Krell Resolution SUB1 which was the best I have heard for music. It has a 15'' woofer with a 750 watt class a/b amp.Interestingly enough i pulled the driver out to take a look at it and it was a JL Audio driver they had sourced for their sub.I have yet to own an 18'' and I would love to hear what it brings to the HT!
  17. Like many of you I have scored more than a few deals including: KlIPSCH RF-5's RSW-12 RB-75's RC-7 All for $175 no joke! RSW-15 RF-7's (2 pair) For $500 RSW-15 RS-7'S RC-7 $1000.00(still a good deal) Krell Resolution SUB1 $800.00 Legacy Focus HD's $2000.00 Snell C/V's $200.00 The deals are getting hard to come by and usually require a bit of a ride but it can be a lot of fun!
  18. Hi Guy's Thank you for posting your thoughts and insight! I have owned (3) RSW-15's (3) RSW-12's in the past 10 years and have always thought they sounded great all things considered. In my 5000 cubic foot room a single RSW-15 is very close +/- a few dbs of my SVS PB13ULTRA. If any of you are interested I can post some spl graphs from REW measurements in my room.I am a bit of an audio addict like most of you and at any given time I have had multiple sets of speakers/ receivers running in the same room for testing and the fun of it.I would love to see Klipsch come out with an RSW-15v.2. I may give a Seaton or Velodyne DD-18 a shot in the future.I called Klipsch Tech Support with a few questions on the P-312W and while they were very nice I would have liked some more info regarding xmax etc etc.
  19. Hi Have any members heard the Palladium P-312W subwoofer? I currently own an RSW-15 and SVS PB13ULTRA. I am curious to hear any opinions on how it stacks up with the rest of the market from an unbiased viewpoint. I have owned 20 or so subs and am always on the look out for something new.I would be willing to buy it if it can hold its own with my RSW-15 but am wondering if it will with its 12''. Thank You!
  20. Good Morning, Do you have the original boxes? I had previously owned two pair and sold them due to their size when mounted on my wall. Now I wish I still had them. They are a nice alternative to a bipolar/direct radiator design in my room. Thank You
