  8. Well, I have a pair that are in pristine condition and have been in a closet for the past year. Like you, I have too many speakers. I can take pictures but will only take them out of the box if we agree on a price...........They are Black and I live in the Clearwater area. P.S. I might also mention that I'm selling a pair of Cornwall 3's in black for $2,200. pair......More details if you have any interest. Thanks.
  9. So I take it that it is strictly a manual turntable.....lift up the tone arm, platter moves, and it won't return at the end of the record?

  13. Well the Mineral Spirits didn't work at all. Calling Klipsch on Monday to see if someone in Hope, AK can help me. thanks.
  14. Interested in purchasing these but just two questions: 1. Is the speaker tilted or on an angle when sitting on the base? Doesn't look like the top would be flat to put something on it in the pictures. 2. Can the base be removed to just use the speaker? Base looks a little bulky to me and not sure why it has has use other then cosmetic. If you own them, please let me know if you really like them or not...............Thanks.
  15. Thanks so much to everyone for the suggestions. I will probably try Alcohol first and then the Naptha or mineral spirits. I just can't believe that the vinyl stuck to the speaker, all along I was trying to protect it not damage it. Will let you know what if anything worked.............
  16. I was keeping this vinyl square on top of my speakers and it left a checkerboard mark as seen in the pictures. I tried a little Murphy's Oil Soap with Warm Water and it didn't work at all. Any suggestions on how to get it off without removing the finish. Any help is greatly appreciated.....Thanks.
  17. Attached is a picture of the top of one speaker. You can see the cover I was using left a checkerboard mark on the tops and I tried diluting Murphys Oil Soap and Warm Water and it didn't do anything. These are Cornwall 3's with a wood veneer finish..........thanks for any assistance with this.
  18. I was keeping this vinyl cover on top and it left marks on the tops of my speakers. I tried a little warm soap and water and they are still there. So upset about this and looking for any help in getting these marks or residue off??? I know goo gone would work but so afraid it will ruin the wood veneer finish............Thanks for any help with this.
  19. The Super Audio Player is now sold. Receiver still available and now priced at $899.00 Thanks.
  20. Good morning. I am selling a Pioneer Elite SX-A9MK2 Stereo Receiver and the matching PD-D9MK2 Super Audio Player. As a former Salesman, I purchased these on impulse in 2012 and never used them. I decided I had to make sure they worked okay before selling them and they are beautiful sounding and quality built. The receiver is a two channel but you can hook it up to a television using one of the accessory outlets to obtain sound from your speakers. I played one CD I had on the Super Audio Player because I don't own a SA disc and it worked fine. I posted "stock pictures" from Pioneers website since these posts won't allow anything over 2MB. Both are packed up in their original boxes.......... Would prefer to sell as a pair but will consider selling separately if anyone is interested at $999.00 EACH! and I will include shipping in the U.S. only however, I would recommend double boxing to hide the contents but that is an added expense to the buyer. If you can pick up, I live in the Clearwater, Florida area. Thank you..........
  21. Agree with another member. Just go back to the 70's when we had plenty of options when ordering the Heritage speakers. Medium Oak was my first pair with Black grills..............
