  1. Thanks for all of the replies. I'm an amateur at best. I'm up for all opinions. ☺
  2. I'll check on that. My towers do have a crossover already so wouldn't setting them up as small and setting another crossover be overkill? Sorry so many questions, I just have a lot of free time this week. Lol
  3. My amp puts out 145 x 7. Is that enough to just keep the bi wiring on? What do you have your low pass and gain set at on your sub?
  4. Good point. I'm using some 12 gauge anyways. The towers I'm using supposedly go as low as 32-35. I guess I just don't understand the purpose of bi wiring. I figured it would just give the towers more power since they are rated for 150. If I did set my crossover at 60 on the tower what should I keep the sub at? Also I don't think it's letting me add a pic from my note 4.
  5. A friend told me to set them all to large since the towers are full range. Yeah, bi-wiring technically but the manual it's called bi-amp. Just using my front-high channel into the 2nd set of posts. Should I not set them to large?
  6. I was just wondering what I should keep my settings on my sub at for normal use. I added a pic of the knobs etc on the back. (if it works) I'm using a 5.1 channel setup with a pair of Klipsch KF28 towers as my fronts, a Polk cs10 for my center and a pair of Klipsh vs14 for my surrounds. I'm using a Sony str dn1030 for my receiver. I'm currently bi-amp connecting my fronts and all of my speakers are set up as large. I'm noticing my sub will activate for some media and not for others. The towers sound great without the sub but it sounds a little better overall with it running. I'm just not finding any tips online and this forum seems to be very informative. Thanks!
  7. Thanks for the responses. I'll try Klipsch first.
  8. The center speaker in question is a Best Buy exclusive.
  9. Thanks for the quick reply. I purchased these items with gift cards and cash. And honestly I don't think I used reward zone. I do now of course. I'm a pretty known shopper at this store so I'm hoping that with their deal with Klipsch may help my case. ps -thanks for welcome as well.
  10. I've had my KC 25 enter channel speaker for nearly three years now. Just recently something went out on it. I noticed the vocals started getting really distorted and muffled. I narrowed it down to the right driver and possibly the horn tweet, though I've never heard of those faulting. I bought these along with the Klipsch Kf 28 Icon tower speakers at the same time. I don't have the receipt, and I keep all receipts. I know Best Buy and Klipsch must have a deal together being this model center was exclusively sold at Best Buy. I'm wondering if they would exchange this center for the same center they sell in store. Equal specs/price. This is really bothering me. I don't want to have to send my only center off for a replacement or fix. Any help would be appreciated Thanks for the long read [emoji4]
