Anyone live near naperville, Illinois?

Ohio but in DC for a couple of months.

I have a yamaha AVR and it is driving RF 7, RC 7 and RS 52. I feel like I have to turn the AVR up quite a bit when watching movies. The yamaha avr has pre outs on it and I'm wondering if a separate amp would power the front 3 better and play them louder without pushing the AVR as much. I know you can drop a grand and buy an emotiva 3 channel but I was looking for a more budget friendly amp just to try it out. The two below are ones that are located near me used fairly cheap. I was wondering what others thought or recommended. ADCOM GFA-6000 amplifier B&K ST1430 Series II 3 channel amp

highly doubt that is accurate new in box for a 20 year old sub no way

If I'm not mistaken I believe the rsw series came out the same time as the rf 7's did. I ended up giving one of the RSW 15 to my dad so I run a 12 and 15 in my basement. They hold their value so debate always comes up go with a new subwoofer or one that is around 20 years old. I picked one up for $550 a few months ago and the other I scored in a once in a lifetime deal. I know a couple of people make their own subs on here though and they would probably outperform the RSW with ease for cheaper or the same price. I run a yamaha as well can't recall the model off the top of my head but that 2060 is better then mine but I only intend to run a 5.2 and no atmos though.

you just have to wait and hold out for the RSW 15's they show up every now and then. They will knock your socks off I have 2 RSW 15's and 2 RSW 12's. There seems to always be a bunch showing up in california but I've seen some around the Oregon and Washington area.

dang killer deal considering I just paid just south of $100 for a woofer for my RC 7
