  3. Ok peo Ok people after reading tons of reviews on speaker stands, I settled on the "Liquid Stands". i initally thought i wanted stands that sit on my desk but after checking these out, i decided to get these clamp-on speaker stands. These are about the most robust stands at this price point ive ever come across. They fit both my " Klipsch The Sixes" & my "Klipsch RB-81 ll". Materials are all top notch & are from a U.S. company I am in no way affilated with this company & these were bought with my hard earned money. I just wish more U.S. companies were like this without gouging the consumer.
  4. Hey guys i listed my (single) Klipsch Quartet on facebook marketplace if anyone is interested in the Las Vegas area. Pickup only $300.
  5. Can anyone suggest a speaker stand 6-8", under $100 for my Kipsch RB81-ll & my Klipsch The Sixes. These are going to be for desktop & bedroom duty.
  6. Wasnt concerned about serial numbers, just was interested in when production started & ended for this series.
  7. Can someone out there in klipsch land tell me from what year to what, were the quartets manufactured.
  8. Does anyone know what the frpnt fascia screw size is on these speakers. Looking to replace all the screws with the copper colored screws klipsch uses on some of their other speakers.
  9. WTB klf20 squeaker or tweeter. Will also consider trade for klf 20 mid horn or complete single crossover network. All parts working. Give me your best deal.
  10. I think I like the sound of rice vs sand, just wondering if it would be heavy enough to keep the speakers steady enough because they also sit on carpet
  11. Hey guys, I apologize for any confusion but here is a picture of my stand to help everyone understand better
  12. Hello all, I have quartet speakers on speaker stands that I've purchased. Curious as to what material would be best to fill them with? I bought these overseas but are similar to what is currently being sold at deer creek. Just trying to get ideas on what you guys that have stands that are fillable use
  13. You can get a pair of refurbished klipsch b-200 directly from klipsch fo $119 but supplies are limited
  14. I like this idea, will do this to my quartets (only cause I'm clumsy).
  15. I have a set of klipsch quartets that I'm thinking of having professionally veneered. Wondering what I should expect a professional job would cost. I know it depends on the wood used but just trying to get an idea of what range I'd be looking at. I'm out here in the vegas area if that matters at all.
  16. I also liking the marantz pairing if I could'nt go tubes
  17. There's a pretty good review about this unit on youtube by a guy named Andrew Robinson.
  18. Ok guys I have a pair of quartets hooked up to my marantz nr1506 wirelessly. Problem is I want to hard wire it to a second modem/router type device. What would be the best secondary device I can buy to accomplish this? My modem/router in the living room is already hardwired to the tv & other devices & I need something where I can do the same in my spare bedroom. Any ideas? Not looking to spend a fortune on this, maybe $100 to $150 at the most.
  19. I love listening to jazz vocalist such as Nancy Wilson
  20. Well after further research it seems that I should be looking at real wood veneer. After watching some youtube videos I think it would be best for me with my limited space & clumsiness to go the professional route. Don't want to risk damaging my quartets. What I will do is check around locally to see if I can find a veneer I like. Thanks guys for your replies.

  22. For those of you who have applied veneer to your speakers, what should I be looking for as far as quality & type. Looking to redo my quartets sometime in the near future.
