  1. The RC-64 II isn't a "matching" center, the RP-450C, -440C, or-250C would be though. You may not care, but the advice I've heard is to "match" them if you can. It's a brushed polymer veneer.
  2. I've had the chance to listen to the RF-7 II and the RP-280F side by side before. While the RF-7 II is awesome, I do not think you'll be disappointed with the RP-280F as your starting point. You'll save some money in the process, which could help you get a solid center channel or a better sub.
  3. I've been using the monoprice closed screw banana plugs for a while now and haven't had a problem. So, another vote for them?
  4. I doubt this is the right place for this, but: 1) I'd really like to see the iPhone case be updated for the new phone dimensions. 2) The dimensions of the wooden signs would be great to know. 3) I may have already bought the wooden sign if it was the "Keepers of the Sound" and not two varieties of "Pissing of the Neighbors"
  5. I love visualizations like this - thanks for taking the time to put it together! Helps those of us who are fairly new to the arena to get oriented
  6. Bourne Identity with my wife on UHD. She'd never seen it before, and it's been forever since I've seen it... I still love it
  7. My first experience with Klipsch was in San Antonio, in a store called Bjorns. I was blown away by how crisp and clear dialogue was, and since I use this for theater use... I was thrilled with the sound. For music, I like how this sounds at moderate volumes, but my untreated room gets pretty harsh when it gets louder.
  8. I'm a fan of the direct radiator approach for surrounds, but I'd move the RP-160Ms to the sides and move your current set up to the rear.
  9. We're building a new home and the WAF for having speakers out in the living room and in the bedroom is now at a solid zero.As a result, I need to part ways with the following gear: (cash only)1) A pair of Klipsch RP-150Ms, Ebony color- $200 (MSRP is $419) Link to specs: http://assets.klipsch.com/product-specsheets/RP-150M-Spec-Sheet.pdf2) Klipsch RP-440C, Ebony color - $300 (MSRP is $549) Link to specs: http://assets.klipsch.com/product-specsheets/RP-440C-Spec-Sheet.pdf3) Marantz NR 1506 - $200 (MSRP is $499, $349 on A4L) Link to specs: http://www.us.marantz.com/DocumentMaster/US/NR1506_v4_New.pdf4) Marantz NR 1606 - $350 (MSRP was $699, $399 on A4L) Link to specs: http://www.us.marantz.com/DocumentMaster/US/NR1606_SpecSheet_v4.pdfI do not have a box for any of these, but I do have the remotes for the receivers and the documentation that came with them. Because I don't have the original boxes, I don't feel comfortable shipping them. I have no experience packaging this stuff, and I don't want to risk sending you a giant paperweight because of my lack of skills! If you have any questions, please let me know and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.I live in Franklin, TN, which is in the Nashville, TN, metro area. I'm willing to meet you if the drive for me is under about 2 hours. All of this gear works flawlessly. The only reason I have to part ways with this gear is because my wife is no longer okay with having speakers in her living room or our bedroom.
