Well, I bought these a number of years ago, but have only used them recently, and just barely. And, they're already broken, so I wouldn't buy another pair of $60 earbuds that break at the slightest tug.

I have a set of these, love them, but the left ear no longer works. What are my options for fixing? I'm pretty sure the wire has just come loose. Any instructions on taking the earbud apart and re-attaching the wire? Or should I take it someplace? Can I send them back for repair? Figuring out what to do next. Thanks.
