I have what I believe is the M40 set. The ear cups are approximately 2 inches by 1.75 inches in size. (Headphones don't have a model or serial number visible.) Both ear cups have completely disintegrated. I contacted customer support at Klipsch and was told they do not have replacement parts. This is insane for $200 + headphones and will certainly never purchase another Klipsch product. They also advised to contact a company that sells replacement parts without providing a source. I have scoured the internet and cannot find anyone who does provide this replacement part. Does anyone know where a replacement cover can be found for the cup made specifically for this headphone or even made for another brand that will fit this one? Would be much appreciated. John
