  1. Old news. It is now ok for anyone to question and comment. Not just me. Anyone. You too. No one is special here. We learned all about this prior to this thread creation. I did not and will not bash any thread. I feel like YOU are trying to bully me. That is not OK. STOP. This is the way.
  2. These are not original Klipsch parts, or even good reproductions. These are scraps of wood. The asking price clearly does not commensurate the sale item or quality.
  3. What's with that extra plywood cap with old paint and janky 1/2" plywood screwed to the inside? Couldn't afford the extra expense of new wood and some extra hardware? What a deal. I have some solid oak scrap wood around here in better shape anyone could have for far less than a hundred dollar bill.
  4. Was it actually $1500 for the pair? Not the asking price for each? Verified? Who checked? If yes then... @wvu80Will you please add it to the spreadsheet at the list price? Thanks.
  5. I actually bought something to solve a problem like the one suggested above. The factory cable to an amplifier sometimes would sag and disconnect causing the amp to lose all power. I recommend the product in the link below for a solution to that problem. The one I have actually uses 12awg 20 amp cable so there is real weight. https://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-Computer-Connector-P007-L03/dp/B07GX86ZQM/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=locking%2Bpower%2Bcable%2Biec%2B14awg&qid=1606148340&sr=8-2&th=1
  6. Low hours on them. And the ceramic is an upgrade from the wood ones! Here is some more info for those that might not know what they are missing. Great read. https://www.musicdirect.com/accessories/Cable-Elevators-8PK
  7. Good call. Thanks for making the deal even better.
  8. Title says Klipsch Heritage Speakers - $1,500 (Tallahassee) Subject says Klipsch Heritage Speakers pair. Mint condition with custom glass tops. Moving and they need a new home. $1750.00 new apiece.
  9. Simple question: what is the next step up from Chorus II? Simple answer. Chorus III. Wished for it, but we did not get that. So we have Cornwall IV. We, not including me only because I can't afford 5 of them. CWIV really narrowed the gap with the LaScala group too. I remain extremely happy with my modified CHII X5 set-up regardless of the current state of new speakers that are currently available on the market.
  10. The aforementioned price you are referring to included delivery. For you David, the come and get it price is $350 As-Is. Testing is available here. Anything else would be an upcharge though as my time is not free. If $350 for a single Forte II is still too steep then I suppose you could just wait for Santa Clause. Ho Ho Ho.
  11. I have The Three V1. Not recently. My wife uses it in the sewing room. Not sure the wifi audio quality with it is any better than some flavors of bluetooth though. With mono there is no imaging. I think with the V2 you can talk to it.
  12. Without the riser. Risers are simple. I can make a new one if necessary. Original Oiled Oak. Black lacquer upon request.
  13. I have a single Forte II in Southeast Wisconsin. 100 miles North of the OP. I am willing to meet or deliver. No trades.
  14. Perhaps someday you would like to share your thoughts on what you have learned with the rest of us. Even more specifically I would like to know about what changes you heard in your own set-up. Maybe after the sale? Welcome to the Forum. Looking forward to those pics. 2MB max so resize them first. GLWYS.
  15. Oh, that's right. I was focused on the pic not the description. Diaphrams are everywhere. Drivers not so much.
