Floor Standing Speaker Placement

Why does your graph exclude Heritage speakers? Paul Klipsch said that all speakers sound better in the corner toed in 45 degrees. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Floor Standing Speaker Placement

Toe them in to where the axis meets just in front of you. I have Heresys and they are stuffed into the corner with 45 degrees toe in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

The grills are made of Masonite. Don’t know the thickness but appropriately 1/8”. You cold make a tracing out of paper of the driver openings. They are held in place with Velcro. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My Heresys are tight in the corners and are toed in 45 degrees. This way they are more efficient and Bass is better. Use the corners much like the KHorn. Imaging is superb. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Klipsch Cornwall IV, a look inside
Tony Whitlow replied to Dawson's Ridge's topic in General Klipsch Info
I don’t get it. Why would anybody spend 6K on a pair of speakers and take one apart? If I like a speaker I buy it because I like the sound it reproduces. I have no desire to dissect it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Big 10 Lies of Audio that refuse to die
Tony Whitlow replied to ClaudeJ1's topic in 2-Channel Home Audio
No matter the quality of the turntable it is still limited to the actual medium. Surface noise is inherent in every single plastic record. Perhaps you like this noise because it sounds “warmer”. And I can definitely spell just made a mistake which you’ve probably never made. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

A neophyte I’m not. I’ve been listening to reproduced music on quality gear since 1976. You don’t no anything about me so keep your frigging opinions to yourself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
