    NFL 2019

We fell for that one last year. You cant believe a word of it. We got Jacoby. ha ha.
  2. My favorite term "Military Spec". Just like the metal used in the bed of the new Ford F150.

    What I Got Today!

If I would have known you all were in town I would have came out to the strip.
  4. This heat must be starting to get to you.
  5. If I can help out anyone with these let me know.
  6. Just ordered the Klipschorn and the Heresy posters. Thanks @MetropolisLakeOutfitters for making these.
  7. All generics are not equally effective. Luckily my doctor was aware of this after the generic drug was not performing and he suggested I pony up and pay the cost for the real drug. The results speak for itself. That is why there is a do not substitute check box on the prescription form.
  8. So they will advertise a (PSRP) Pharmaceutical Suggested Retail Cost as based by the manufacture? Talking about fine print and fast talking commercials. Costco sells prescriptions at different prices than Walgreens or CVS in some instances. Every retailer has different pricing strategies. I am all for disclosure of medical cost and people will freak when they hear some of these prices, as they should. Maybe we should wait for the (insert Holiday) sale to purchase. Buy all your medicines on Black Friday. Is it going to become like car ads?
  9. for a single drink or two 2 shots Hornitos Reposado 1 shot Grand Marnier 1 shot Cointreau 1/2 oz of simple syrup Then add fresh lime juice or margarita mix till obtained strength is obtained.
  10. My 500th post...at this rate...oh never mind.
  11. in 1986 pics were Polaroids and I don't share old Polaroids with no one, not even you Richie.
  12. I bought a pair in 1986, never wore them.
  13. Have there ever been debates this early before?
  14. I enjoyed the series and some great story lines involved. The kid from Michigan whose grandfather in 1962 series pitched 2 complete games for Michigan in the same day. One of which went 10 innings. So he had 313 pitches in 19 innings and had the winning RBI in one of the games as well. Or the saver for Vandy and his life long struggles with abuse and foster homes who now has a daughter with down syndrome and was born with holes in her heart and his incredible attitude towards life. Also the ump cam was very cool.
  15. Great Series so far. Looking forward to tonight's game. Its fun to watch when you really don't care who wins or loose as long as its close.

    Amazon

I have bought items from the Amazon warehouse that were listed as open box and the item was as new condition as well as other items that had an accurate listing with anything that was missing all at a substantial saving. I always go into such an endeavor knowing the possibility could be reversed as well.
  17. The Michigan starting pitcher was on his game last night. Nice story with the Michigan coach and his position on the expense of travel teams and and how it keeps some kids from being successful and how they recruit differently.
  18. I watched Thurs, Sat and Sun. I have driven the 17 mile drive. The place is absolutely stunning. I did not realize the lone Cyprus had been damaged in a storm. Agreed Joe Buck gets old real quick, When they had Jim Nance in the booth for a visit I was hoping he would just stay. Jim is the voice of golf in my head.
  19. Not sure about Bob Seger but she did sing back up for Bette Midler
  20. you are not going to the greatest concert of all time by yourself. Even if its like the old golf joke. "hit the ball drag Davis...hit the ball drag Davis"
  21. Everything is ok, there is some tree and minor structure damage very near me. I was on the front deck watching the sky during this event. It was very volatile and you could just tell this was going to get ugly. If your place is in a potential path of tornados get a weather radio, I can not stress that enough. I can not hear a tornado siren at my house but my phone and the TV (while we had power) gave us the early warnings that saved lives. @Ceptorman thank you for thinking of me.
  22. My little town was tore up pretty good. EF2, 130MPH, 6 miles long and 100 yards wide. Thanks to all the early warning devices and Madison County EMS all lives were saved. Only one minor injury. Returning home in the daylight revealed some 40 foot tall plus trees down very near me from the residual spin off winds. If you were in the direct path of this one you received major damage. Unfortuatnaley downtown Pendleton was right in the path. I have a 60 foot cottonwood and several 30 foot white pine trees in my back yard that I keep an eye on in severe weather. My house has taken a direct hit from a tornado in the past so hopefully we have protective weather karma going for us.
