Wildpig, I have the same situation with the same equipment. I opened up the amp, and everything looks ok minus a little bit of scorching on one of the smaller cards. Ive seen a few pictures online of guys saying theirs work and I've noticed the same scorch marks. Not sure if thats a factor or not. I replaced the control pod in hopes of it being a bad DIN connection, but I fear the one in the box is bad or possible the whole amp assembly. If you have any luck, please let me know. I would be interested to see what you find out. I may just suck it up and have Klipsch send me a new amp.
