This guy ripped me off too. He kept my amp, for months. He took the money, and NEVER FIXED IT! :-( Somebody sue him, please! After ripping people off for close to 2 decades, I'm certain that he's up to six figures now. Isn't the local police interested in catching a large scale criminal?? But this must be federal, since he ripped people off, all over the globe. They just needs to do some forensic accounting on him, and organized his crime family. PayPal should forward them all his transactions, to the police. I'm sure there is evidence of a lavish life style, or if not, maybe had has a drug or gambling habit. One of the above is true.
