  1. Not gonna happen, especially when this thing has no Bluetooth switch. No way to disable the Bluetooth means it gets turned off when I'm not using it. Period.
  2. If you're using a USB cable, then you're using the DAC built in to the speaker unit. I wouldn't bother with an external DAC. You probably won't notice a difference and would just be wasting money.
  3. I have a similar issue; I don't ever want my speakers using Bluetooth, but I haven't figured out a way to disable the Bluetooth radio. Is there any sort of non-BT pre-amp I can purchase? Is there a way to bypass the pre-amp and use my own volume control?
