  1. Just got this response from Klipsch. . . Thank you for contacting Klipsch.Please do a factory reset on the bar by pressing and holding the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons on the front of the soundbar for 10 seconds.This will reset the Bluetooth chip and should fix the issue.Let me know if that helps.Thanks,
  2. I just got a Klipsch RSB-6 Soundbar. Everything is working fine except that it sometimes spontaneously switches over to Bluetooth mode. I suspect it is connecting with one of the phones in my house or with my laptop (all of which I have paired with the soundbar). How do I make these unwanted connections stop happening without unpairing my devices?
