OP here, I opened a ticket from my original issue back in June 2017. I ended up paying to ship the entire R115-SW back to the manufacturer, roughly $100. They shipped me a replacement shortly after. The new replacement has just started turning itself off if the bass is to loud. I will be opening a new support ticket after the holidays. Has any one had luck getting a fix that works?

Can anyone verify; the always on position for the R-115SW is with the switch flipped up all the way? A new subwoofer cable is en-route from amazon. Not set to Plus, all speakers set to small. Still same issue.

I currently have my R-115SW connected to my VSX-1130 through the subwoofer pre out 1. After about 10 minutes even when listening to a bass test the subwoofer just cuts out. The R-115SW still has a green light on the front. I can get the sub to come back to life only by unplugging it from power and reconnecting it. Any ideas what my problem might be?
