When I first got the RSB-11 it worked great, would turn on and off the correct way the controller would work fine. Now any time I turn on my tv, the sound bar will show it's on but no sound will work and my remote wont' work either. I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. This is rather annoying, if your going to spend $500 on a sound bar you would think it would work all the time.

i'm having the same issues with mine. I have to constantly in plug mine and plug it back in for it work. Doesn't matter if i'm using the HDMIARC or cable it does it all the time.
