Hello. It is inquiry about repair of G-17. I used it very well, but it does not work now after trying to update the firmware. Symptoms include: 1) When the power is turned on, the fourth lamp on the right turns red briefly and disappears. 2) After a long period of time, the red lamp will turn on and blink continuously. 3) No earphone jack, iPhone USB connection, etc. (charging, but not playback) 4) The blue LED lamp also seems to be broken. In conclusion, there seems to be a system problem after the firmware upgrade failed. The sound of the speaker is good, but it does not work and my heart hurts. I am outside the United States now. How can I repair it?
