Out of Warranty. I tried about 4 different cables

I am not sure. There is some loud clicking going on. I bought 4 subs and 3 purr like a kitten but one is noticeably letting out a sound that is really hard to explain. While it is making the sound if I press lightly on the cone, it sounds normal.

Does anyone know where I can get parts for the R-12SW sub? Thank you and God Bless you
