Yup, Same thing here. Been a BIGG Klipsch fan for many many years loved their corner horns. Got me through college. Buying the M40's for my long plane journeys was a no brainer ... loved them. WAS EXTREAMLY Offended by the extreme lack of Klipsch customer service. But alas I digress. For those of you out there with your foam showing. I returned my M40's to serviceable condition in 30 minutes with a curved needle and thread. Good As new? Maybe not in appearance but I am back in business (there had separated all the way around). As for the non existence, could care less for Klipsch customers after the sale, rude nature of Klipsch CUSTOMER SERVICE I am not sure that the curved needle and thread will help there.
